Han’s career journey is a testament to embracing new challenges and taking those crucial first steps. From making his mark in Asia with international brands like Samsung, Midea, Philips, Autodesk, and HP—where he honed his UED skills—to his current role at Dyson in the UK, Han has consistently taken bold steps that have propelled him forward.

What began two decades ago with designing simple iconography for a 16x16, 8-bit, 256-color system tray bar has evolved into holding key positions, managing complex design systems, innovating for smart IoT, securing multiple patents, and mentoring young talent at some of the world’s leading technology companies.

Just a few weeks ago, Han joined ADPList as a Design Mentor, committed to nurturing the next generation of designers. He’s also taking a step into being virtual speaker, with a pending application for an opportunity at the BeMore Festival 2024, presented by ADPList. In October, Han will join 30 other design leaders in the Design Leader Exchange at the World Usability Congress 2024, thanks to Hannes Robier. Additionally, Han is applying to serve as a judge for the London Design Awards. These are just the beginning.
