Today, we’re excited to announce that Han, Founder of HandeoDesign and Design Mentor at ADPList, is sharing his extensive experience to mentor emerging design talent. With over two decades in the industry, Han is deeply passionate about guiding young designers on their path to success.

Just a week ago, Han launched a 30-minute 1:1 Single Shot mentoring session on LinkedIn, inviting aspiring designers to connect with him directly. The response was overwhelming—18 of the 20 available sessions were fully booked within just 5 hours, and his profile garnered over 2,600 views, making it a highlight of the week.

Since relocating to the UK in 2023, Han has embraced his new home in Malmesbury, Southwest England, where he founded HandeoDesign in August 2024. One of the core missions at HandeoDesign is #MentorshipMatters, reflecting a strong commitment to nurturing the next generation of design leaders.

Han is dedicated to helping young designers in various areas, including:

After connecting with more than seven talented individuals, one consistent piece of feedback emerged: "30 minutes is too short." In response, Han is excited to introduce follow-up 45-minute "Deepen & Refine" session.

These 45-minute "Deepen & Refine" session are designed to build on insights from the initial 1:1 meetings.
